The ARATAPER TA 130Â is a specially designed machine for automatic high speed application of double sided fingerlift tapes.
The machine is truly innovative with 2 lanes, double side register and split top carriers for easy set ups.
It has been equipped with 3-4 tape applicators, Arataper, made by Arapak.
The automatic applicators are working with tapes from spool rolls housing 2-3 000 meters of tape.
Servodriven tape unwinds for best performance under all working conditions.
The Arataper TA 130 can have multiple applicators of double sided tape -pressure sensitive tape for E-Commerce boxes.

The machine can work also in 2 lanes simultaneously.
The machine can apply 2 tapes with some distance apart:
*) The machine has been equipped with parts to be able to glue and fold straight line and lock bottom boxes.
We tried it for lock bottom/Crash lock in B-flute Corrugated:
Small boxes are no problem being aligned perfectly.
Actually its the packing of this box which holds back the speed.
